Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system is designed with front air breathing for flexible installation. R290 models come with a full-length air duct system. The unit is pre-wired and ready to plug in, operating at 115V/60Hz/1Ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a large capacity, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils. The defrost cycle is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, with a defrost heater included. Pressure relief devices allow easy access to the cabinet interior when reopening doors. The self-maintaining, energy-efficient condensate drain pan eliminates the need for external drains or electric heaters. R404A models use PSC evaporator fan motors, while R290 models use electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors. The high-performance condenser fan motors ensure efficient compressor ventilation. R290 models also have auto-reverse condenser fan motors for condenser coil cleaning. The bottom-mounted, self-contained and retractable condensing unit uses environmentally friendly refrigerants, such as R404A with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and EPA compliant R290 with zero ODP and low Global Warming Potential (GWP). The R290 condensing units are replaceable and require no on-site brazing. Alternative refrigerant options are available upon request. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set for stability. The worktop is made of high-quality 16-gauge stainless steel. The cabinet is insulated with 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The interior and exterior are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a safe workspace. Doors The doors feature high-strength, recessed handles. They are made of heavy-duty stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. The doors are insulated with 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent moisture build-up on the exterior. Pre-installed door locks ensure the security of your items. The doors are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a tight seal. The snap-in magnetic door gaskets make cleaning and replacement easy. Shelving The shelving includes height-adjustable stainless steel clips.
