Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when re-opening doors. The system uses electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The system also has a high-performance, auto-reverse condenser fan motor to support compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning. The condensing unit uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 refrigerant, which has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP). The Blizzard R290 refrigerant is easily replaceable and does not require on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, for easy mobility. The cabinet has 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation for efficient temperature control. The worktop, lid, and hood are made of 16 gauge, high-quality stainless steel. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Lighting The cabinet features energy-efficient silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lighting. This lighting provides bright, high color illumination with low heat output. Doors The doors have high-strength, recessed handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. They also have 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation for efficient temperature control. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build-up. The doors are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The snap-in magnetic door gaskets make cleaning and replacement an easy process. Preparation Area The cabinet has a 12 1/4" deep cutting board that is removable for ease of cleaning.
