Standard Features: The refrigeration system of this product is designed with front air breathing for flexibility in installation. It comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The full-length air duct system ensures optimal circulation of cold air throughout the unit. The condenser and evaporator coils are large capacity and corrosion-resistant. The unit also features a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when re-opening the doors. The unit is equipped with electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors that achieve rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The self-maintaining, energy-efficient condensate drain pan requires no external drains or electric heaters. The auto-reverse condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning. The back mounted, self-contained and fully detachable Blizzard R290 condensing unit uses environmentally friendly, EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and three Global Warming Potential (GWP). The Blizzard R290 refrigerant is easily replaceable and requires no on-site brazing. The cabinet construction features a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, for easy mobility. The unit has 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation for efficient temperature retention. The worktop, lid, and hood are made of 16 gauge, high quality stainless steel. The interior and exterior of the unit are heavy duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. The doors of the unit have high strength, recessed door handles. They are made of heavy duty stainless steel, with 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build up. The doors are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The snap-in magnetic door gasket makes cleaning and replacement an easy process. The preparation area of the unit features a 12 1/4" deep cutting board that is removable for ease of cleaning. It also includes NSF certified polycarbonate 6" deep pans, the size and quantity of which can be found in the table.
