Standard Features: The refrigeration system of this product comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph power source with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system that ensures optimal distribution of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also includes a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning with its auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is fully detachable and requires no on-site brazing. The cabinet construction includes four height adjustable screw legs for stability. The insulation is 2.5" thick high density polyurethane. The interior and exterior are made of heavy duty white coated steel. The stainless steel floor interior has rounded corners and a detachable drain plug for easy cleaning. The lighting system features shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch. This provides bright, high color illumination while producing lower heat output. The doors have black PVC frames and are self-closing with heavy duty door bumpers for impact absorption. The double glass panes have low emissivity and reflect UV rays for efficient cooling. It includes a waterproof cover. The temperature control is managed by a multi-function digital controller with an easy to read LED display. There is also an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil. The factory preset temperature is 35°F, but it can be adjusted within a range of 33°F to 54°F.
