Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also includes a time-initiated and temperature-terminated defrost cycle with a defrost heater. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The condensing unit is bottom mounted, self-contained, and retractable, using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP). The R290 refrigerant is easily replaceable and does not require on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The interior of the cabinet is made of galvanized steel. It has built-in caster thread receptacles for all models. The cabinet is insulated with 1 3/4" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The countertop and rails are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with a textured laminate and a black vinyl exterior. Lighting The unit is equipped with shielded LED bar lighting that can be turned on or off. The LED lighting provides bright, high color illumination while producing lower heat output. Lids The lids of the unit are insulated with 3/4" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. They have removable ratchet locks to keep items safe from theft. The exterior of the lids is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, while the interior is made of galvanized steel. Shelving The unit includes two levels of epoxy coated, steel wire shelves that slide horizontally for easy storage of glasses and plates. The quantity of shelves may vary depending on the model. Temperature Control The factory preset temperature is -4°F. The temperature setting range is from -10°F to 54°F. The unit is equipped with a multi-function digital controller with an easy-to-read LED display. It also has an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil.
