Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a large capacity, corrosion-resistant condenser and evaporator coils. The full-length air duct system and airflow guard ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when reopening doors. The system uses electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The self-maintaining, energy-efficient condensate drain pan requires no external drains or electric heaters. The high-performance, auto-reverse condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning. Refer to the owner's manual for full maintenance instructions. The system also includes a bottom-mounted, self-contained, fully detachable Blizzard R290 condensing unit. This unit uses environmentally friendly, EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant with zero (0) Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and three (3) Global Warming Potential (GWP). The Blizzard R290 unit is easily replaceable and requires no on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with galvanized steel on the top, bottom, and rear. It features 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The unit is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, and two front leg stabilizers. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Lighting The unit is equipped with shielded LED bar lighting, which can be turned on or off using a switch. This lighting provides bright, high-color illumination while producing lower heat output. Doors The doors are field reversible and have matte finish aluminum door frames. They feature high-strength, die-cast door handles and frame heaters to prevent exterior moisture build-up. The doors are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The low emissivity double glass panes reflect UV rays for efficient cooling. Pre-installed door locks keep your items safe from theft (from 2017 production). The doors also have snap-in magnetic door gaskets, making cleaning and replacement an easy process.
