Standard Features: The refrigeration system of this product comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph power source with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is fully detachable and easily replaceable without on-site brazing. The cabinet construction includes built-in caster thread receptacles for all models. It has 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation, galvanized steel interior walls, and a high-quality stainless steel floor. The countertop is heavy duty stainless steel with a textured laminate, and the exterior is made of black vinyl. The lighting in this product is energy efficient and features silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lights. These lights provide bright, high color illumination with low heat output. The doors have high strength, recessed handles and 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation. They also come with pre-installed door locks for added security. The snap-in magnetic door gasket makes cleaning and replacement easy. The exterior of the doors is textured laminate with a black vinyl finish, while the interior is made of galvanized steel. Models EBD2-SS and EBD4-SS have a stainless steel exterior and galvanized interior. The product includes two dual faucet, 3" diameter, stainless steel draft arms with matching air distributors. These draft arms are fully insulated and NSF certified. The temperature control is managed by a multi-function digital controller with an easy-to-read LED display. It also has an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil. The factory preset temperature is 35°F, but it can be adjusted within a range of 33°F to 54°F.
