It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is fully detachable and easily replaceable. It uses EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP). The cabinet construction features a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and interior. It has built-in caster thread receptacles for easy mobility. The insulation is 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane. The interior has an open spaced design with no walls between compartments. The lighting system includes shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch. It provides bright, high color illumination with lower heat output. The doors have high strength, recessed handles and are made of stainless steel on the exterior and galvanized on the interior. The insulation is 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane. The doors come with pre-installed locks for added security. The snap-in magnetic door gaskets make cleaning and replacement easy. The shelving system includes height adjustable stainless steel clips and two epoxy coated, steel wire shelves per section. The temperature control is a multi-function digital controller with an easy to read LED display. It has an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil. The factory preset temperature is 35°F, but it can be adjusted within a range of 33°F to 54°F. Options for additional shelving, swivel casters with locks, and height-adjustable and interchangeable legs are available.
