Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also includes a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning with its auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is side mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable. The R290 refrigerant has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP). It is easily replaceable and does not require on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The cabinet has built-in caster thread receptacles for easy mobility. It is insulated with 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation. The interior walls are made of galvanized steel, and the floor is made of high quality stainless steel. The countertop is heavy duty stainless steel with a textured laminate, and the exterior is covered in black vinyl. Lighting The unit is equipped with shielded LED bar lighting, which can be turned on or off as needed. The LED lights provide bright, high color illumination while producing lower heat output. Doors The doors are designed to self-close by weight. They have black PVC door frames and low emissivity double glass panes that reflect UV rays for efficient cooling. The doors are removable, and the stainless steel door tracks make cleaning an easy process. Shelving The shelving includes height adjustable stainless steel clips. Each section comes with two epoxy coated, steel wire shelves. Temperature Control The factory preset temperature is 35°F, but it can be adjusted within a range of 33°F to 54°F. The unit is equipped with a multi-function digital controller with an easy to read LED display. It also has an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil.
