The K45VVNU is a bench-style vertical cutter/mixer that comes with a variable speed feature, allowing you to adjust the speed from 300 to 3700 RPM. It includes a 4.7 quart removable stainless steel bowl (PNC 653589), a clear BPA free lid and scraper (PNC 650099), and a microtooth blade rotor (PNC 653580). The mixer has a metal motor housing and is powered by a 1-1/4 HP, 1.0kW motor. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph and requires 5.0 amps. The mixer is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified. This model is a replacement for the discontinued PNC 603806.
