The Electrolux Professional 169210 (COMPCHEF48M) EMPower Refrigerated Chef Base is a 48-inch refrigeration model that is designed to be used alongside other EMPower units. The EMPower line offers modular units that allow operators to choose the units that make the best use of available space while also providing excellent ergonomics and a seamless workflow. This particular unit features two refrigerated drawers with a total storage capacity of 6.5 cubic feet. The drawers are easily accessible, even when busy with multiple tasks, thanks to the wide tubular handles. The temperature in the drawers can be set between 32°F and 41°F using the digital thermostat, and the actual temperature is clearly displayed. The thermostat is protected by a stainless steel wire grate that is secured with a keyed lock. The entire unit is constructed from durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel. It comes standard with casters for mobility, and legs can be added as an optional feature. The external dimensions of the unit are 48 inches in width, 31-½ inches front-to-back, and 26-½ inches in height. It operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 5.8 amps at full load.
