The Shelleymatic® Commercial Salad Vegetable Dryer has a capacity of 20 gallons and features a stainless steel exterior and lid. The interior is made of polyurethane for durability. The unit is completely enclosed and has a watertight motor. It has a 1-1/2" drain and an adjustable on/off timer with cycles up to 5 minutes. The dryer comes with a cord and plug included and has 4" locking stem casters for easy mobility. It has a 1/6 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 2.7 amps. The dryer is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
 
 Standard features of the dryer include a 1.50" drain, a 6' cord and plug, and an 18-gauge stainless steel body and lid. The unit also comes with lid and cover storing hooks. The inner liner is made of perforated durable polyethylene plastic. The legs are made of 1" diameter 16-gauge stainless steel tubing and the dryer has three 4" diameter polyurethane locking stem casters. It also has an adjustable ON/OFF timer for drying times up to 5 minutes. The motor and controls are water-tight and mounted on the bottom of the unit.
 
 Optional accessories for the dryer include an additional polyethylene liner.
 
 The outer body of the dryer is made of 18-gauge stainless steel and the legs are made of 1" diameter 16-gauge stainless steel tubing. The casters are 4" in diameter and made of polyurethane. The outer lid is also made of 18-gauge stainless steel. The inner liner is a one-piece durable polyethylene plastic with 0.38" diameter holes for proper water disbursement. The motor is completely enclosed and water-tight, mounted underneath the unit. The dryer has a 1.50" outside diameter drain and an adjustable on/off timer for drying cycles up to five minutes. Stainless steel hooks are mounted on the lid and sides of the unit for storage of the lid and cord when not in use. The electrical box for the capacitor and timer control is mounted on the bottom of the unit. The dryer comes with a six-foot cord and plug. The SALD-1 model operates on 115 Volt, 60 Hertz single phase, while the SALD-2 model operates on 230 Volt, 50 Hertz single phase.
