This drop-in cold food well is mechanically cooled and measures 81-3/4" W x 26" D. It can accommodate 6 pans, each with a depth of 8". The well features a 1" diameter drain and comes with insulated pans. The inner liner and top are made of stainless steel, while the outer liner is made of galvanized steel. The well includes adapter bars and has self-contained refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 hp motor. A cutout of 80-3/4" x 25" is required. This product is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
