The unit is NSF certified and comes with a one-year parts and 90-day labor warranty. It also has a non-marring press fit top gasket and adapter bars for 12" x 20" openings. The insulation is made of high-density polyurethane foam that is environmentally friendly and compliant with the Kyoto Protocol. Custom sizes and styles are available, as well as single or double service flip-up sneeze guards. The top is made of one piece of 20-gauge stainless steel, and the interior liner is 22-gauge stainless steel with a V-stamped pan rest.
