The Specification Line® Roll-Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section unit with a capacity of 39.0 cubic feet. It features two full-height hinged solid doors that can be locked for security. The cabinet is equipped with a 4.3" easyTouch® screen temperature display/control, which can be remotely monitored. It also has incandescent interior lighting for better visibility. The cabinet includes a 1" tall stainless steel ramp for easy loading and unloading. The exterior front, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel for durability. The unit operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph power with a 6.0 amp requirement and uses a NEMA 6-20P plug. It is NSF, cULus, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
