This undercounter commercial blast chiller/shock freezer has a single section and can hold up to (5) 12" x 20" pans. It has a capacity to blast chill 44 lbs or shock freeze 27 lbs. The chiller/freezer features a capacitive touch control panel, hot gas defrost, USB connectivity, and HACCP memory. It is constructed with stainless steel and has self-contained bottom mounted refrigeration. A condensation pan is included, and a floor drain is recommended. The unit comes with legs and has a 1-1/4 HP compressor running on R404a refrigerant. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph and consumes 2692 watts. This product is cETLus certified.
