We offer a Raised Condiment Rail that is 60"W and designed for countertop use. It features a 2" recessed pan area that can hold up to 6 1/3 size pans and 7 adapter bars. The rail also includes a hinged cover for easy access. Made with stainless steel top, front, and sides, it is durable and long-lasting. The unit is self-contained with refrigeration and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It has a 1/5 hp motor and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
