The Raised Rail Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a two-section unit with a width of 48". It has a total capacity of 17.96 cubic feet. The top is made of stainless steel and includes a 17" wide polyethylene cutting board and six 1/3 size plastic pans. The unit has two doors and two epoxy coated wire shelves. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, while the interior sides are made of ABS. The table is equipped with 5" casters, two of which are locking. The refrigeration system is front-breathing and rear-mounted, using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit has a 0.3 hp motor and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
