The EZ Steam Convection Steamer is an electric countertop appliance that does not require a boiler. It has a width of 18-1/8" and features one compartment with a capacity of five 12 x 20 pans. The steamer operates through manual fill and drain operation and is equipped with electromechanical controls. It comes with removable stainless steel pan supports and a steam diffuser plate. The steamer also has indicator lights, a 60-minute electric timer, and an audible alarm. It has a low water indicator light with an audible alarm and a door interlock switch. The door has a positive lock and seal spring release mechanism. The steamer includes a 16 oz. QuickClean treatment and has a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior.
