This commercial stationary kettle is electric and has a capacity of 100 gallons. It features a 2/3 jacket and thermostatic control. The kettle also includes a 2" draw-off, perforated strainer, spring assisted hinged cover, and faucet bracket. It has a 316 stainless steel interior liner and is constructed with 304 stainless steel.
