The Electric Tilting Skillet Braising Pan has a capacity of 40 gallons and features an electric hydraulic lift, a spring-assisted cover, a removable pour strainer, a temperature light, a tilt switch, and a high limit thermostat. It is constructed with 304 stainless steel and comes with a cabinet base, 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It has a 1/2 HP motor and operates at 18kW. This product is cCSAus and NSF certified.
