The Do-All Dual-Pressure Steamer is an electric steamer with two compartments and a 36" cabinet base. The top compartment can be used for both pressure and pressureless cooking, while the bottom compartment does not have this feature. It has manual controls and a 60-minute timer. The steamer also has an automatic blowdown feature and is compliant with the CSD-1 code package. It comes with a water filter system, a "Y" strainer condenser feed, and a split water line. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. It has 6" legs with flanged feet for stability.
