The Twin Commercial Tilting Kettles are electric countertop kettles with a 6-gallon capacity. They have (2) 2/3 jackets and a solid-state thermostat. The kettles also feature a safety relief valve, low water level cut-off and indicator, pressure gauge, and a console with a lever tilt on the right. They come with a faucet bracket and removable elements. The interior liner is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. These kettles are cCSAus and NSF certified.
