The Commercial Pressure Steamer is equipped with an electric heated boiler and has two compartments. It comes with a 36" cabinet base and features independent automatic timer controls, automatic boiler blow down, removable shelf supports, and a slide-out shelf. The CSD-1 package is included, which consists of a water filter system and a "Y" strainer. The cabinet base has two solid hinged doors and the interior and exterior finish is made of 304 stainless steel. This product is cCSAus and NSF certified.
