The Twin Commercial Tilting Kettles are electric countertop kettles with a capacity of 12 gallons. They have two-thirds jackets and a solid-state thermostat. The kettles also have a safety relief valve, a low water level cut-off and indicator, a pressure gauge, and a console with a lever tilt on the right. They come with a faucet bracket and removable elements. The interior liner is made of 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is made of 304 stainless steel. The kettles are cCSAus and NSF certified.
