The Commercial Stationary Kettle is a direct steam kettle with a capacity of 40 gallons. It features a 2/3 jacket and a 2" draw-off. The kettle includes a perforated strainer, faucet bracket, and a 316 stainless steel interior liner. It is constructed with 304 stainless steel and has a spring-assisted stainless steel dome cover. The kettle also comes with a pedestal and is NSF certified.
