The tilting kettle/mixer features direct steam and has a capacity of 80 gallons. It includes two kettles with a 2/3 jacket and a power tilt mechanism. The kettles have a 316 stainless steel liner and are supported by a floor-mounted control console. The equipment also comes with two agitators made of 304 stainless steel. The kettle mixers have stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet. The two variable speed motors have a power of 5 HP and are cCSAus and NSF certified.
