This kettle/mixer has a tilting feature and can hold up to 40 gallons. It uses direct steam and has a 2/3 jacket. The power tilt makes it easy to use. The liner is made of 316 stainless steel. The control console is mounted on the floor and supports the kettle. It comes with two agitators. The construction of the kettle mixers is made of 304 stainless steel. The legs are made of tubular stainless steel and have adjustable flanged feet. There are two variable speed motors. This kettle/mixer is cCSAus and NSF certified.
