This is a commercial steam generator with an electric power source. It has a 24" cabinet base and a freestanding design. The generator is equipped with CSD-1 controls, automatic blowdown, and a split water line. It also includes a water filter system, automatic water level control, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, pressure control with secondary safety pressure control, safety relief valve, and a steam take off kit. The countertop is reinforced and there are two doors for easy access. The exterior finish is made of stainless steel and it has four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The generator operates at a pressure of 9-11 psi and has a power output of 36kW. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
