This commercial steam generator is electric and has a 36" cabinet base with a freestanding design. It is equipped with CSD-1 controls, automatic blowdown, and a split water line. The generator also includes a water filter system, automatic water level control, pressure gauge, water gauge glass, pressure control with secondary safety pressure control, safety relief valve, and a steam take off kit. The countertop is reinforced and there are two doors for easy access. The exterior finish is stainless steel and it has four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The steam generator operates at a pressure of 9-11 psi and has a power of 42kW. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
