The SinAqua™ Induction Hot Food Well is a drop-in round unit with a diameter of 11-1/4". It features a separate control panel per unit and has four standard temperature settings. The well also includes an automatic timer, spring-loaded sealed temperature sensor, and a microprocessor. The red LED display and lock feature provide convenience and security. The top ring is made of stainless steel and the construction is aluminum. The well has a power of 650 watts and operates on 208-240v/50/60/1-ph with 2.7 amps. It comes with a cord and NEMA 6-20P plug. The well is cETLus, NSF, and CE certified and is made in the USA. The SinAqua™ Induction Hot Food Well is a waterless buffet warmer with an aluminum housing and a high-impact polycarbonate interior surface. It does not require water lines or drains and provides precise temperature holding for each pan to ensure food quality. The LED display allows for easy monitoring and the lock feature prevents unwanted setting changes. The well is available in 100-120 VAC or 200-240 VAC, single phase. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty and includes a standard Cat 5e or Cat 6 patch cable from the unit to the control box. The well is available in two sizes - 11.25" (286 mm) and 14.75" (375 mm) - and offers four standard set temperatures with the option for more temperatures via the controller. The microprocessor monitors vital components for safety and efficiency. The well has a waterless, drop-in design with an easy-to-clean polycarbonate interior surface. It features automatic pan detection for instant energy transmission and minimal energy consumption when the pan is not present.
