The CookTek® Drop-in SinAqua™ is a waterless Induction Hot Food Wells buffet warmer that comes with a range of standard features. It has an aluminum housing and a high-impact polycarbonate interior surface. The SinAqua™ does not require any water lines or drains and offers precise temperature holding for each pan to ensure maximum food quality. The SinAqua™ is available in different configurations depending on the desired depth and number of sensors. The 2.5” depth option comes with two sensors, while the 4” and 6” depth options are available with two, three, or six sensors. The number of sensors determines the type and number of pans that can be accommodated. The buffet warmer features an LED display and includes a plug and cord (6 ft. nominal). It has a lock feature to prevent unwanted setting changes and is available in 100-120 VAC or 200-240 VAC, single phase. The SinAqua™ comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty in the U.S. and Canada. It also includes a standard Cat 5e or Cat 6 patch cable from the unit to the control box. The buffet warmer has automatic pan detection, allowing for instant energy transmission to the pan and minimal energy consumption when the pan is not present.
