The Energy Mizer® Glass Washer Machine is an undercounter unit that measures 24"W x 24"D x 35"H. It utilizes low temperature chemical sanitizing and is constructed with double-wall stainless steel for durability. It has a capacity of 30 racks or 120 covers per hour and features an 11"H door clearance. The machine incorporates "Noise Suppression Technology" for a quieter operation. It has upper and lower wash arms with reinforced end caps, a wash tank heater, built-in chemical pumps, a pumped drain, and a pump purging and deliming system. The water inlet includes a built-in strainer and the machine stands on 4" legs. It comes with a 16-compartment dishrack and has a 1 HP wash pump. The machine is NSF and cULus certified. Standard features of the machine include 4" legs, a sustainer heater, a de-liming system, a capacity of 30 racks or 120 covers per hour, and the new Noise Suppression Technology (NST). It also has built-in chemical pumps for proper chemical usage and comes with 2 dishracks, one peg and one flat. The machine has a large 11" door clearance to accommodate glasses of all sizes and is economical to operate, using only 1.7 gallons of water per cycle. The pumped drain allows for flexible installation and does not require a floor drain. The double skin stainless steel construction ensures consistent heating and a quiet operation. The machine is built to last with its all stainless steel construction. The water inlet has a built-in strainer to prevent debris from clogging the water valve. The pump purging system improves results by eliminating soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle. The unique spray arm system features upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps. Available options for the machine include 6" legs, a pedestal, a sanitizer alarm, and a 48" undercounter dishtable. There is also the option to add CMA Temp-SureTM, which is a self-contained 12kW heater.
