The Energy Mizer® Conveyor Type Dishwasher is a versatile and efficient dishwasher that comes in a compact size of 44"W x 25-1/8"D x 56-1/2"H. It can be used for low temp chemical sanitizing or high temp sanitizing, thanks to its dual tank design.
This dishwasher features a three-stage wash process, including a wash, power rinse, and final rinse, ensuring thorough cleaning. It has a high capacity of 249 racks per hour, making it suitable for busy commercial kitchens.
The dishwasher has a large 19" dish clearance, allowing it to accommodate larger items and utensils. It also has an electric tank heat, auto start/stop, and automatic water control system, making it easy to operate and energy efficient.
The Power rinse heater system ensures that dishes are properly sanitized, and the automatic soil purging system filters wash water and traps plate debris for easy cleaning. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction, ensuring durability and longevity.
It comes with one open and one peg rack, and has a 1 HP wash motor, 1/3 HP rinse motor, and 1/8 HP conveyor motor. It is UL, cULus, ETL-Sanitation, and ENERGY STAR® approved.
Optional features include a sheet pan rack, different voltage options, exhaust fan control, stainless steel dishtables, drain water tempering kit, scrap trap single drain connection kit, vent hood with vent and damper control, Hatco booster heater, 6" EXT height for accommodating larger items, and a corner feed table.
