This gas pressure steamer features a 36" cabinet base with two compartments. Each compartment can hold either eight 12" x 20" pans or four 18" x 26" pans. It has manual controls and a 60-minute mechanical timer. The steamer is equipped with 6" adjustable legs with flanged feet and is made of stainless steel construction. It has a powerful 300,000 BTU output.
