The electric countertop kettle/mixer has a 12-gallon capacity and features a 2/3 steam jacket, variable speed, and tilt type design. It has a support console on the right side and gallon markings for easy measurement. The kettle/mixer is constructed with stainless steel for durability.
Standard features of this kettle/mixer include a large pouring lip, eliminating the need for a water gauge. It also has gallon markers on the scraper shaft and mixing stops when the bridge is lifted. The kettle/mixer is equipped with a solid state low water safety control and a 3/4 horsepower D.C. timing belt drive. A safety device prevents high-speed starts.
The kettle and all exterior surfaces are made of stainless steel. It operates on standard 120/208-240 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire power. It has typical approvals including UL, CSA, CE, NSF, and ASME. The enclosed, balanced, 10 gauge stainless steel mixer bridge ensures stability. A 50 psi safety valve is mounted under the kettle to prevent tampering.
The agitator and scraper are bayonet mounted for easy removal. The kettle/mixer has a solid state temperature control with a ±1°F accuracy for perfect simmering. The removable nylon blades scrape the entire jacketed surface without the need for tools. The steam jacket is filled with treated water, eliminating the need for venting or refilling.
The kettle/mixer has an infinitely variable speed for all conditions, with the scraper ranging from 0-70 rpm and the agitator from 0-210 rpm. A rear-mounted pressure/vacuum gauge and pressure relief valve are protected by a stainless steel bracket.
Optional accessories for this kettle/mixer include a cover, flow diverter, food strainer, faucet bracket, support stand with drain drawer, double or single pantry faucet, high wattages and special voltages, water meter, and type 316 stainless steel kettle interior for high acid food products. The kettle accessory kit includes a 24 oz. ladle, draw-off brush, clean-up brush, 36" kettle whip, 36" kettle brush, and 36" kettle paddle.
