Some of the standard features of this product include a faucet mounting bracket, an insulated heat exchanger, an automatic ignition system, and it is designed for natural gas operation. It also has a 50 PSI steam jacket rating and safety valve, a front-mounted combination pressure/vacuum gauge, and a 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve with a drain strainer. It has typical approvals from AGA, CSA, CE, NSF, and ASME. The product also comes with support legs with level adjustable feet that are flanged for floor bolting, a spring-assisted, hinged, rotatable, domed stainless steel cover, and a high-efficiency power burner heating system. The gas kettles are made of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish on the kettle and supports. The standard voltage is 115 volts, 60 Hz, single-phase, and it comes with a cord and plug. It has solid state controls for temperature and low water safety in a plug-in control module. The steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, so venting and refilling are not required. It has a fast heat-up and recovery time, with 140M BTU's on 40-gallon models and 190M BTU's on 60-gallon and larger models.
