The Kettle/Cabinet Assembly is an electric unit with a 36" W cabinet base. It includes two 6-gallon kettles and a standard height cabinet. The assembly also features a 24 KW electric boiler, lift-off cover, double pantry faucet, sink & drain, and splash guard. The steam control kit(s) are factory installed.
Some of the standard features of this assembly include a low water safety cut-off, adjustable flanged feet, a lift-off front panel for clear access, and tilt handles that can be mounted on either side. It also has a hot and cold water faucet with a swing spout, type 304 stainless kettle(s) with a #4 exterior finish, pressure limit controls with a 15 psi safety valve, and solid state steam generator water level controls.
The standard voltage for this assembly is 208volt, 60 Hz, 3 Phase, 3 Wire. Major components are serviceable from the front of the unit, and it has separate start/rest illuminated switch controls, as well as a pressure gauge. The 6-gallon kettle(s) have a 2/3 steam jacket rating and come with lift-off covers. They also have 50 psi chrome plated safety valves and a manual tilting balanced design.
The steam generator automatically empties under pressure (blowdown) upon each shut-down and has an automatic water refill on start-up. The assembly is factory assembled with a kettle/steam generator base combination and includes one or two 6-gallon kettles with a 24 KW electric steam generator. The exterior enclosure and table top are made of type 430 stainless steel with a #4 exterior finish. It also has a secondary low water cut-off, which is factory installed.
Some options and accessories for this assembly include food strainers, a power take-off kit, voltages other than standard, a stainless steel base frame, and a boiler descaling pump kit. There is also an option for a type 316 stainless steel kettle interior for high acid food products.
