The steam generator is an electric device with a modular design and a 24" wide cabinet base. It features a hinged cabinet door and solid state water level controls. The generator has automatic blowdown at shut-down and automatic refill on start-up. It is made of stainless steel construction and has 6" adjustable legs. Other standard features include a low water power cut-off, stainless steel base frame, secondary low water cut-off, pressure limit controls with a safety valve, and a single cold water connection. The major components are serviceable from the front of the unit. The standard voltage is 208/220 volt, 60 Hz, 3 Phase, 3 Wire. The exterior enclosure is made of Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish. The steam generator drain incorporates water cooling and "jet rinsing". It also has separate "start/reset" illuminated switch controls and a pressure gauge. The steam generator is complete with an access hole/cover plate and a sight glass gauge. It empties under pressure automatically upon each shut-down and has automatic water refill on start-up. Optional accessories include a power take-off kit.
