The Champion DH-2000 (40-70) Versa-Clean Dishwasher is a high-temperature door-type dishwasher that is ENERGY STAR® rated. It is designed to wash up to 55 racks per hour while using less than a gallon of water per rack, making it highly efficient. The dishwasher has a vertical clearance of 17" on the door, making it easy to handle glassware, dishes, and flatware. The controls are splash-proof and top-mounted for easy access and monitoring. The dishwasher has an automatic start and stop feature activated by the door, making loading and unloading dishes simple. The dishwasher has a built-in booster that is configured for a 70°F rise, and the Rinse Sentry system ensures that the final rinse always reaches a temperature of 180°F for superior sanitation. The tank has an autofill feature and is electrically heated to maintain the temperature. The dishwasher can be configured for straight or corner use to fit the available space. The top and bottom wash arms are made from stainless steel and are interchangeable for easy maintenance. The dishwasher is available in multiple voltages to suit the establishment's configuration. Standard features of the dishwasher include vent fan control, high temperature wash, automatic tank fill, self-draining pump, automatic drain valve, single point connection, pressure regulating valve, high-efficiency 1 HP pump, low water tank heat protection, detergent/chemical connections, top-mounted splash-proof controls, and interchangeable upper and lower arms. The dishwasher also has a built-in booster configured for a 70°F rise and the Rinse Sentry system to ensure a final rinse temperature of 180°F. It has an auto start feature that starts the unit when the doors are closed. It is field convertible to single or three-phase, 208 or 240 volts, and can be used for corner or straight-through operation. Optional accessories for the dishwasher include side panels, a drain tempering kit, and the Champion ION scale prevention system.
