The Champion CG4 Glasswasher is a straight conveyor unit that can wash up to 2,000 2-½" glasses per hour. It has a straight-through conveyor system made from Polypropylene to prevent delicate stemware from chipping. This Glass Washer Machine uses approximately 10 gallons of water per hour and has a heated tank to maintain the temperature of the wash water for efficient cleaning. The top and bottom wash and rinse arms ensure that glasses come out sparkling clean. It has a three-pump injection system for precise chemical delivery and a final rinse with cool water to make the glassware cool to the touch and ready to use immediately. This glasswasher also features an internal upper drain screen for better filtration and easy cleaning, as well as a self-flushing wash chamber to reduce maintenance needs. The unit has double-walled construction for silent operation and adjustable feet for leveling. It is available in two voltage configurations and draws 15.0 amps of current. Standard features include built-in controls, an electric tank heater, two splash curtains, a polypropylene conveyor, and a stainless steel wash and rinse chamber. Optional accessories include a washdown hose, back panels, splash guards, a drain tray and waste collector, and casters.
