The Pro Series is a conveyor type dishwasher with a two-tank rack. It has a 64" width and features a 36" pre-wash, proportional rinse, and a progressive anti-jam drive system. The dishwasher also includes a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface and proactive maintenance software. It has a capacity of 100 gallons per hour with energy sentinel for idle pump shut-off. The dishwasher can handle up to 348 racks per hour and has a single-piece hood design. The upper and lower wash arms manifolds are made of stainless steel, and there is an internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens. The dishwasher has a standard vertical clearance of 20" and can accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans. It also has an auto delime function and full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors. Safety features include door safety switches and leak-proof ball valve drains. The dishwasher has lower front and side enclosure panels and is made of stainless steel heavy gauge construction, including the base and legs. It has electric tank heat and 2 HP pre-wash, wash, and power rinse pumps. Other features include vent fan control and stainless steel rear manifolds. The dishwasher is NSF and cULus certified, made in the USA, and ENERGY STAR® rated.
