The Bunn commercial coffee maker is a smart and efficient brewing machine that can produce up to 18.9 gallons of coffee per hour. It comes in 0.5-gallon, 1-gallon, and 1.5-gallon batches. With BrewWISE technology, this coffee maker simplifies the coffee-making process. It can store recipes and create recipe cards from a computer using the Recipe Writer. You have full control over the coffee extraction with pre-infusion and pulse-brew, digital temperature control, and a large sprayhead. The variable by-pass allows you to define the strength of the coffee. The machine can read flavor and batch size information from BrewWISE-supported funnels, automatically adjusting the water amount. It also has indicators for coffee freshness, which trigger the warmers to shut off. The warmers can be programmed for three time periods with designated output.
