The Blodgett MARK V-100 DBL is a two-compartment full-size electric convection oven that offers double cooking power and capacity while consuming less energy. It meets ENERGY STAR standards and is designed to meet your daily cooking needs efficiently. Each compartment can hold five full-size baking pans on chrome-plated racks, which can be adjusted to 11 different levels to accommodate your specific requirements. This oven is built to last, with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, as well as a full angle-iron frame. It features sag-free solid mineral fiber insulation to prevent heat loss and enhance stability. The oven is supported by 6" tall stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to different heights. The interior of the oven is easy to clean, thanks to its double-sided 14-gauge porcelain lining. It also has halogen lights for excellent visibility. The chamber is heated by three tubular heaters, with a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The high-accuracy solid-state thermostat with an LED display allows you to adjust the temperature according to your recipes. This convection oven offers a Cook-and-Hold mode for slow-roasting protein dishes and a Pulse Plus mode for delicate food items that require controlled and mild heat. To ensure even and quick baking, the oven is equipped with a 1/2 hp fan motor and an aluminized steel blower wheel. The motor has an automatic shut-off feature to prevent overheating. The control area fan cools off the unit between baking sessions or when the oven is turned off. The oven doors have dual-pane thermal glass windows, providing a clear view of the inside. They also have triple-mounted pressure locks with turnbuckles for a tight seal. The doors can be opened or closed using the same powder-coated handle, making loading and unloading pans faster and more ergonomic. The modular control panel is easily accessible from the front and can be slid out for added convenience. The Blodgett MARK V-100 DBL double-deck half-size electric convection oven is NSF, cETLus, and CE-approved. It comes with a three-year warranty on parts, a two-year warranty on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.
