The Fried Food Warmer is equipped with upper and lower radiant heat for efficient heating. It includes a rotation top and can hold a full-size 12" x 20" steam table pan (steam table pan not included). The warmer operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with a 9.2amp and 1.0kW rating. It comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for easy installation. The warmer is mounted on 6" locking casters for mobility and convenience. It is ETL and cETLus certified for safety. The unit has a 10lb. holding capacity and features removable parts and flat surfaces for easy cleaning. We also offer additional fryer dump stations, commercial deep fryers, and other cooking equipment.
