It has the capacity to hold a full size 12" x 20" steam table pan (steam table pan not included). It operates on 120v/60/1-ph and requires 8.3amps and 1.0kW of power. The unit comes with a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. It is ETL and cETL certified.
