The cooler features an exterior digital thermometer and full electronic control. It has flat top carton capacities for (16) 13" x 13" x 11" or (10) 19" x 13" x 11" cases. The cooler has four self-latching doors/lids with safety bumpers and epoxy coated steel wire floor racks. It has a white exterior and a galvanized steel interior. The cooler uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/3 HP motor. It is UL, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified. The cooler is made in the USA. The STF Series dual-access, forced-air milk coolers are designed to hold milk between 36°F to 38°F until ready to serve. They come in two sizes to hold either 12 or 16 milk cases per unit.
