To ensure maximum shelf life of food, the temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained between 36º and 38ºF. The telescoping drawer slides are supported by stainless steel frames, allowing for effortless access to ingredients. The drawers also feature a locking mechanism to prevent accidental pulling out of the cabinet. The worktop of this counter includes a removable polyethylene cutting board that spans the full width, providing a convenient space for prepping ingredients and assembling sandwiches.
