The Beverage Air SPE60HC-08 Elite Series™ Mega Top Refrigerated Counter is a versatile station that combines a refrigerator and prep table for convenient sandwich or salad preparation. It features a refrigerated ingredient and condiment pan area that can hold eight 4" deep pans. The refrigerators below the worktop provide a total of 16.02 cu. ft. of cool storage. The worktop includes a spacious cutting board that spans the entire width of the unit, allowing ample space for prep work. The cutting board is easily removable for cleaning. The included pans are made of durable and easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The refrigerated pan area occupies half of the worktop, leaving plenty of room for non-refrigerated items such as sauces and ingredients. The reach-in refrigerator sections below the worktop are equipped with two epoxy-coated wire shelves each, maximizing usable space and simplifying organization. The interiors of these sections are made of durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensuring easy cleaning. The self-closing doors help maintain a temperature between 36º and 38ºF efficiently, but can also remain open at 120° for convenience. The doors feature snap-in door gaskets that are easy to clean and maintain. The refrigeration system of this counter uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant, which is hydrocarbon-based. It is powered by an efficient ½ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit also features an automatic defrost system that does not require electricity. This refrigerated counter comes with an 8' power cable and a 5-15P plug for easy connection to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
