The School Milk Cooler is a forced air cooler with dimensions of 58"W x 33-5/8"D x 47"H and a capacity of 24 cu. ft. It features a single access design and an exterior digital thermometer. The cooler can hold either (16) 13" x 13" x 11" cartons or (10) 19" x 13" x 11" cases. The doors/lids are self-latching with safety bumpers and a cylinder lock for added security. The cooler has wire floor racks, a floor drain, and an electronic control system with auto defrost. The interior is made of galvanized steel with a stainless steel floor, while the exterior is white. The cooler uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/3 HP motor. It is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, and is made in the USA. The Standard Features of the cooler include a cylinder lock, exterior thermometer, full electronic control, 7" heavy-duty plate casters (2 with locks), self-latching doors/lids with safety bumpers, and stainless steel units. The flexible compression door gaskets ensure a tight seal, and the heavy-duty epoxy coated steel wire floor racks are included. The cooler maintains a continuous milk temperature between 36º - 38ºF, and the centrally located floor drain makes cleaning easy. The lids, doors, adjustable hinges, and door latches are all made from stainless steel. The white units have a white coated steel exterior and interior with a galvanized steel floor for maximum milk crate support. The refrigeration system of the cooler is a balanced, forced-air system that provides rapid chilling of the product. It uses R290 refrigerant to comply with environmental concerns. Optional accessories for the cooler include custom graphics, wrap around & corner bumpers, and a stainless steel interior.
